As a Senior Manager to work corporately and collaboratively to promote the future success and prosperity of the Trust To deputise for and act up on behalf of the General Manager as and when required.
Work with the divisional management team within specific clinical areas and in partnership with other Service managers and clinicians to ensure the effective provision of consistent quality services.
The post holder will lead the operational management team to coordinate the administrative 18-week pathway for patients, coordinating the work of the Specialty Administration Teams ensuring there is effective co-operation between departments involved in the delivery of services for the elective and emergency pathway.
