We are looking for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse (Specialist Nurse Practitioner) to work either work towards improving the waiting times for appts with the diabetes nurse team. Also to take some of the leadership within the team across all the Trust site.
This role requires a high level of diabetes knowledge and you should also have proven management skills and be able to demonstrate effective teaching and presentation skills or the ability to develop to these skills.
