Senior Diabetes Dietitian

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated diabetes dietitian looking to work within the adult diabetes team at Barnsley Hospital.

This permanent post provides an opportunity to work within the wider diabetes service, where you would work closely alongside diabetes specialist nurses and diabetes consultants.

This role will include doing weekly dietetic led diabetes clinics, working in MDT clinics including insulin pump and diabetes antenatal clinics. There will be an opportunity to work within an inpatient setting as you will be working alongside the acute dietetic team with more complex diabetes patients. You will be involved in diabetes group education sessions, and there may be an opportunity to deliver DAFNE sessions as part of this role.
