An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join our small, friendly and dedicated Diabetes and Endocrine team within the Princess Royal Hospital as a Band 6 Junior clinical nurse specialist working with the multi-disciplinary team within the Endocrine Service. This is a newly created role following investment into the service, it will be varied, interesting and crucial to ensuring an excellent patient experience every step of the way.
This post is expected to be the key contact for patients under the care of the Endocrine service, providing face to face and telephone appointments, supporting the Junior doctors with referrals from the inpatient wards and working closely with the Planned Investigation Unit.
