An exciting opportunity has arisen within MFT, for a dynamic, driven, and conscientious Band 7 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to deliver care to patients with Type 2 diabetes at the DEM centre in Peter Mount Building at MRI . As part of this service the diabetes nurse specialist will monitor and improve standards of care through supervision of practice, clinical audit, evidence-based practice, teaching and supporting professional colleagues and the provision of skilled professional leadership.
