Main duties of the job
- Current Children’s Nursing registration to practice
- Previous knowledge and experience working in similar role or in complex Children’s care settings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to train clinical and non-clinical staff
- Participate in the on-call rota and multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Be a member of regional/local team and attend and contribute to team meetings
- Respond to and investigate clinical complaints, in line with policy and risk management
- Maintain clinical updates and evidence of Post registration Education Portfolio
- You will contribute to the on-going implementation of the Trusts nursing and corporate objectives, developing the service and nursing roles to meet the evolving needs of patients and their families.
