Applications are invited for a Band 7 diabetes specialist nurses or Band 6 with experience working towards Band 7, to work within the secondary care diabetes service at Salisbury Foundation Trust.
The role will involve working with patients with Type I and complex Type 2 diabetes. You will be involved in providing specialist services including insulin pump therapy & associated technologies, pre-conception & antenatal care and transitional care. You will be expected to deliver education and support to both patients and other health care professionals. Your role will involve working closely with the primary care diabetes team, inpatient diabetes team and other specialist diabetes clinicians.
