The Diabetes Team at Southmead Hospital is expanding it’s well established and cohesive service. We are therefore excited to invite applicants to join us for a new part time Diabetes Specialist Dietitian post.
This role would be suitable for an established Diabetes Specialist Dietitian, or an experienced dietitian looking to develop a career in diabetes. The successful applicant will share our commitment to providing patient focused care and will be an essential member of our supportive and friendly multi-disciplinary team.
In the main the role will be to support patients with diabetes during pregnancy and those with recently diagnosed Type 1 Diabetes. However, there is scope to expand this depending upon special interest and service requirement. Support will be provided to develop the specialist knowledge and skills required.
