The Diabetes in Pregnancy Service at NUH is expanding and an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our Maternity team on a 12 month secondment!
This role is an exciting development opportunity for a diabetes nurse looking to develop their skills and experience in a specialist area. You would be joining a multidisciplinary team caring for women with pre-existing and gestational diabetes during pregnancy. You would be providing care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings and care for women using a range of technology – GDm-Health, Libre, Dexcom.
The Diabetes in Pregnancy Service will be advertising and looking to appoint a permanent Band 7 Specialist Diabetes Nurse for Maternity at the end of the secondment.
