New type 2 diabetes and mental illness project is recruiting participants

Healthcare professionals have been invited to take part in a new project looking at type 2 diabetes and severe mental illness.

Trainee health psychologist Mehrad Tafreshi, from Glasgow Caledonian University, is looking to quiz healthcare professionals on their experiences supporting individuals living with type 2 diabetes and a severe mental illness.

All information shared by the participants will be kept anonymous and the interviews should only last between 30 to 45 minutes.

As a gesture of appreciation for taking the time to be interviewed, participants who attend the interview will be entered into a draw to win a cash prize of £100.
