Exciting line-up announced for inaugural national obesity conference

The Obesity & Weight Management Alliance is proud to unveil the impressive speaker line-up for its inaugural conference, set to be a key event in the fight against obesity.  

Chaired by the esteemed Professor Melanie Davies CBE, the conference boasts a host of renowned experts who will explore topical issues surrounding obesity and weight management.

Held on May 17, at the National Conference Centre Birmingham, this event promises an enriching and educational experience for healthcare professionals.

Joining Professor Melanie Davies CBE, a distinguished figure with over 900 published articles to her credit, are recognised experts Professor Alex Miras, Dr Matt Capehorn, Professor Claire Meek, Dr Louisa Herring, Dimitri Pournaras, Dr Gaurav Gulsin, Dr Dimitris Papamargaritis, and Dr Adrian Brown. Each speaker brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the table, ensuring attendees receive comprehensive and cutting-edge information.
